After spending 3 hours wandering around Connemara waiting for a break in the clouds we headed home at around 2am. Stopped off at Cornamona for a break and as luck would have it 10 minutes in and it temporarily cleared up to the East (for about 30 minutes I’d guess).

This is the view from Cornamona looking east over the Corrib. The bright “star” is Jupiter. The red star to the righ Aldebaran and the top left is Capella. + you can see the Seven Sisters (Pleiades) asterism to towards the upper right of Jupiter.
